Refund Policy

1. Beta and Early Access
Motion Workbench is currently in beta. Please review the website, tutorials, and available beta information before purchasing. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you purchased a paid subscription by mistake or the product does not work for your setup, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@motionworkbench.com. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable after the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal before the next billing cycle.
4. Abuse and Ineligible Refunds
Refunds may be denied for abuse, repeated purchases and cancellations, violation of the Terms of Service, chargeback fraud, or excessive use of license activations or downloadable resources.
5. Third-Party Costs
Motion Workbench is not responsible for third-party API usage, model downloads, cloud storage, payment processor fees, or other costs incurred outside the Motion Workbench subscription.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@motionworkbench.com with your purchase email, order number, plan name, and a short explanation. We may ask for additional details to confirm the purchase and troubleshoot the issue.
