Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Overview

Motion Workbench is an automation toolkit for Adobe After Effects production workflows. By using the website, installing the panel, activating a license, using a beta key, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. Beta Software

Motion Workbench is currently offered as beta software. Beta features may change, break, be removed, or require additional setup. You are responsible for testing the tool in your own workflow before using it in production.

3. Licenses and Accounts

Licenses are issued to the email used during purchase or beta approval. You may not share, resell, publish, distribute, or transfer license keys without written permission. Device activation limits depend on the plan purchased.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscription billing, invoices, payment method changes, eligible plan changes, taxes, and cancellation are handled through Lemon Squeezy checkout and billing tools.

5. Third-Party Services

Motion Workbench may connect to third-party APIs and tools such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Google Drive, Telegram, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, GIPHY, YouTube Data API, Meta Ad Library API, Lemon Squeezy, Resend, Cloudflare, yt-dlp, ffmpeg, and local AI models. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, costs, rate limits, permissions, and policies.

6. User Content and Media

You are responsible for the rights to any projects, media, prompts, audio, video, images, text, URLs, ad data, or generated output you use with Motion Workbench. Do not use the tool to download, process, generate, analyze, or distribute content that you do not have permission to use.

7. Platform Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any connected platform, including Google, Meta, Telegram, YouTube, GIPHY, Lemon Squeezy, OpenAI, Gemini, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and other services. Motion Workbench is not responsible for suspended accounts, revoked API tokens, third-party charges, or platform enforcement actions caused by your usage.

8. Product Availability

Features may depend on After Effects, CEP, your operating system, local tools, network access, third-party APIs, model availability, and account permissions. We may update, disable, limit, or remove features to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality.

9. No Warranty

Motion Workbench is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every After Effects version, successful renders, generated output quality, or that the product will meet every workflow requirement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motion Workbench is not liable for lost projects, lost revenue, failed renders, data loss, service interruptions, third-party API costs, account restrictions, or indirect damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Motion Workbench after changes means you accept the updated terms.
