1. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to operate Motion Workbench, including email addresses, beta requests, license keys, activation records, account session data, subscription status, device activation counts, support messages, and feedback submitted through the website or panel.

2. Account, License, and Device Data

The Motion Workbench panel may send your email, license key, app version, device identifier, and basic activation information to verify license status, enforce plan limits, provide downloads, and prevent abuse. This data is used for licensing, account access, support, security, and product operation.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners. Motion Workbench does not store card numbers or full payment credentials. Lemon Squeezy may provide us with purchase, subscription, customer, billing portal, invoice, plan, and payment status information.

4. Local API Keys and Project Data

Third-party API keys entered inside the Motion Workbench panel are intended to remain on your computer. Local AI models, generated files, downloaded media, subtitles, renders, project assets, and panel preferences are stored on your own system unless you choose to use a third-party service or cloud destination.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Motion Workbench can connect to external services such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Google Drive, Telegram, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, GIPHY, YouTube Data API, Meta Ad Library API, Lemon Squeezy, Resend, Cloudflare, yt-dlp, ffmpeg, and local AI tools. When you use these integrations, data such as prompts, media, URLs, account identifiers, public ad data queries, or generated output may be sent to the selected service according to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

6. Meta and Social Platform Data

If you use Meta-related features, Motion Workbench may use an access token you provide to query permitted Meta APIs, such as public Ad Library information. Motion Workbench does not use Facebook Login to access private profile data unless a future feature explicitly asks for that permission. You are responsible for complying with Meta's platform rules and only using tokens and data that you are allowed to use.

7. Website, Email, and Analytics

We may use hosting, security, email, analytics, and infrastructure providers to operate the website, account login, admin tools, downloads, update checks, license checks, and transactional emails. We only share data with service providers as needed to provide, secure, and improve the product.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the media, URLs, prompts, files, API keys, licenses, third-party services, and project content you use with Motion Workbench. Do not process private, restricted, copyrighted, or third-party content unless you have permission and understand the service involved.

9. Data Retention

We keep account, license, subscription, activation, support, beta request, and transactional records for as long as needed to provide the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and prevent abuse.

10. Your Rights

You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
