We collect information needed to operate Motion Workbench, including email addresses, beta requests, license keys, activation records, account session data, subscription status, and support messages.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners. Motion Workbench does not store card numbers or full payment credentials. Lemon Squeezy may provide us with purchase, subscription, customer, and billing status information.

3. License Activation

The panel may send your email, license key, app version, and a machine identifier to verify activations and enforce device limits. This data is used only for licensing, account access, support, and abuse prevention.

4. API Keys and Local Data

Third-party API keys entered inside the panel are intended to remain on your computer. Local AI models, generated files, downloaded media, and project assets are stored on your own system unless you choose to use a third-party service.

5. Website and Account Data

We may use hosting, analytics, email, and infrastructure providers to operate the website, account login, downloads, and license checks. We only share data with service providers as needed to provide the product.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the media, URLs, prompts, files, and third-party services you use with Motion Workbench. Do not process private or restricted content unless you have permission and understand the third-party service involved.

We keep account, license, subscription, and support records for as long as needed to provide the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.
